Competent Group created the dream homes for our customers through various projects namely, carnation home (civil lines), classic Home (Civil Lines), Classic Green (D. D. Puram), Sai Residency (Rajendra Nagar) with in a record period of 10-20 months. One of the feather on the head of Competent Group is “Camphor Estate” where we built 295 units which proved to be grand success for the company. During the decade of 70-80 Bareilly was known to the industrial hub but sooner or later that all were vanished.
